Can we meet you to discuss our
Yes, of course. We prefer to meet all of our clients to make sure they feel at ease and have the opportunity to go through their event thoroughly, enabling us to make sure they have everything they need and we have all the information we need, to ensure their function is an event to remember.

Yes. We need to check the size of the venue to make sure the sound system is not too big or small. The access, to allow as to know when to arrive and set up, as well as the smaller details such as were the sockets are. We also like to meet with the venue’s function manager so the setting up of our equipment does not have any impact on you, and we can go to straight to the manager if there happens to be an issue, so we do not need to disturbed you and your guests.
What do
We wear a logo polo shirt to set-up, then change into smart attire. If it is appropriate we can wear a tuxedo upon request.
Can you do your set before/after a
Yes, this happens at many Weddings. Just please bear in mind that we would need to set up before the band/singer starts, and so the price of the event will reflect this.
Would you play a playlist, form the first song
Yes, we would. However, speaking from experience, playing a playlist will not fill your dance floor and neither you or your quests will have an enjoyable time. No two functions are the same. I will not know what I am going to play at your event, until I start playing background music while your guests arrive and catch up. Of course I shall play tracks from your favourite genres and your favourite songs, as well as taking requests. You are paying for my proficiency and experience to play the correct track choice at the correct time, resulting in a seamless flow of music, whist maintaining a full dancefloor, which in turn, will give you and your quests an event to remember.
What happens if you do not have a track that
We have a vast array of music, from the 1940’s until current. Chart tracks, club tracks as well as album tracks. If we do not have a particular track, we will purchase the track at no extra cost to you. Please make sure that we are aware of any special tracks when we meet you, so we can have them ready for the event. However, if you ask us on the day/night, we may be able to download the track for you.
How long does it take you
On average 1 to 1 1/2 hours, but it depends upon the sound and lighting rig that you have chosen. For larger venues or additional up lighting, special Fx and dancefloors, great time will be needed. However, we shall discuss this with you in our meetings prior to your event.
